Wow, I can't believe that next Sunday is Easter! I'm so excited, I love Easter! But that also means that after this week I'm off to planning someone's second birthday (has anyone else figured out how to make them stay little?). Sunday - Went to a Birthday Party - two egg hunts, and another birthday party - whew!
Monday - Grilled pork chops, mac&cheese, with squash and zucchini
Tuesday - Shepard's Pie
Wednesday - Spaghetti with salad and garlic bread
Thursday - Teriyaki shrimp with rice and sugar snap peas
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Date Night Out!!!
I'm also doing a seafood mini series - I'll post the second part this afternoon, unfortunately I couldn't post it over the weekend because we lost power thanks to all the storms we had, we even had transformers blowing out on Sunday because of all the salt build up on them!
